Welcome to the CommonWires network of publications, operated by CommonWires LLC ("CommonWires", "we"). By using any of our websites, newsletters, podcasts, or games (together, "the Service"), you agree to these terms.
Eligibility. The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You must be 13 or older to create an account, subscribe to a newsletter, turn on device notifications, or appear on a game leaderboard, and 18 or older to buy advertising. Our content is written by AI from public records, cited sources, and official data feeds (for example, the National Weather Service, official league statistics APIs, government meeting records, and public reference works), with this publication's point of view. What is checked depends on the kind of page, and our Standards say exactly which check each kind receives: wire items are checked for facts against the article they came from, analysis columns against the desk's own facts, planned stories through a two-layer fact check, and recipes, lifestyle, travel and culture pages for internal consistency against their cited references. We label AI-generated imagery and cite sources on stories.
Despite these checks, automated writing can contain errors. Content is provided "as is" for general information. If you spot an error, tell us through the correction form or at corrections@commonwires.com — we fix it on the page and say what changed.

Daily games are for entertainment. Plays, completions and streaks are kept on our servers, tied to your account when you are signed in and otherwise to a random visitor id (see the Privacy Policy). No purchase, no prizes, no wagering.
8. Your conduct

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to read the Service and to share links and brief quotations with attribution. Republishing substantial portions, mirroring, or using the Service's content to build a competing product is outside that licence and a breach of these terms. Third-party trademarks — including sports team names, which we use only to refer to the teams — belong to their owners; no endorsement is implied. Some imagery comes from Wikimedia Commons under its free licences, and weather imagery from public-domain government sources; those images keep their own terms.

11. Indemnity, governing law, changes
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service. These terms are a contract between you and CommonWires LLC, governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be noted by the date above.
